How to access your account and your tickets

To facilitate all your exchanges with our Bridgestone and Firestone experts and advisors, we have set up a secure private account for each of our customers.

This secure account is accessible by clicking on the link “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of each website page.

You will find all your tickets there and answers from our team, to ensure that nothing is mislaid and all your requests are processed as rapidly as possible.

 When we reply to one of your requests, you will receive an e-mail directly in your mailbox to inform you that one of our experts has replied via My account.

You then have access to all your tickets and personal information which you will be able to complete or correct if necessary.
